Questions before you inspect?
These are the important things homeowners should understand before buying a project.
Do I need inspection experience?
No professional experience is required to follow the homeowner-oriented workflow. Wefect provides simple guidance for each check, while clearly marking the limits of DIY inspection.
Does Wefect replace a professional inspector?
No. Wefect is a DIY guidance, documentation and reporting tool. It is not a professional inspection certification service.
Can AI tell whether a tile is hollow?
No. Hollow-tile assessment remains a manual tapping process. Wefect can help you mark suspected hollow tiles on a grid, but should not claim a photo alone can determine hollowness.
What does “3 PDF versions” mean for Basic?
Basic can generate up to three report versions: V1, V2 and V3. Downloading an already-generated version again does not consume another generation.
Can I use one purchase for two houses?
No. One paid project is tied to one property. A different property requires a new project purchase.
Can Basic be upgraded later?
Yes. The intended upgrade path is to pay the RM10 difference to move the same property project to AI Complete while keeping existing records.
