1. Service scope
Wefect is a homeowner-guided inspection, documentation and reporting tool. It does not provide professional inspection certification, engineering advice, legal advice or a guarantee that all property defects will be found.
2. One project per property
Each paid project is intended for one property. A project must not be cleared and reused for a different property.
3. Basic and AI Complete
Basic is intended to include up to three new PDF report generations. Previously generated reports may be downloaded again. AI Complete is intended to include unlimited PDF generations within the same paid property project, subject to fair-use and technical limits.
4. AI output
AI-generated suggestions must be reviewed by the user before they are treated as an inspection record. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be relied upon as a professional diagnosis.
5. Safety
Users are responsible for following product instructions and avoiding unsafe inspection actions. Suspected serious structural, electrical, water-ingress or other safety issues should be referred to an appropriate professional.
6. Payments and refunds
Insert the final payment provider, refund rules and local consumer-law wording before launch.
